Christmas mini twinkle light sessions. Kenosha photographer.

I had a few Christmas mini sessions this past month. The twinkle lights where my favorite set-up. I didn't have a chance to blog every session, since we had so many. So here are a few that I missed. Such cute kids (And my own family!)

The S family. Kenosha Family Photographer.

This family I met a couple years ago when I was pregnant with my youngest son. They own RG Natural Babies in Racine. Michelle gave me the confidence to try cloth diapering, and I've been hanging out at their store ever since. She has created such an inviting, comfortable space, it makes me hope I do the same in my studio.

Miss B turns One! Kenosha Child Photographer.

I met B a year ago when she was itty bitty and new. I'm so glad I've gotten to see her grow, and hope I see her more. I just adore this little face.

I've known these two since high school. When I was asked to be maid of Honor at their wedding, I was thrilled. They are just amazing people who I adore.

Sweet M, Kenosha newborn photographer

I had sweet little M come in for her newborn session with big sis, mom and dad. She slept from the moment she arrived, until she left. She posed beautifully, and seemed pretty comfy the whole time. Here are a few of my favorite images from the time.

Visiting little T. Kenosha Newborn Photographer

This was such a neat session. It's been a while since I went to a client's home. But I wanted to get some samples for a new product I'm designing, and little T's family was happy to help. I loved seeing his space, and especially meeting his sweet puppy. Here are a few of my favorites.

Beautiful Miss V. Kenosha Newborn Photographer

Beautiful little V came in last week. Her big brother was obviously smitten and it was wonderful to have the family in. Mom was all about pink and ruffles. Which for this momma of boys was so much fun! Here are a few of my favorites. Can't wait to show her family the rest.

K+A, a love like theirs. Kenosha Engagement Photographer

I just adore these two. They are adorable together, and I just love how they treat eachother. We wanted to do some beautiful outdoor photos. We made it to a great location, when the fall leaves were in full color.

Trolley Dog's family. Kenosha Family Photographer

Have you ever been to Trolley Dogs in Kenosha, WI? Chances are if you have you've meet the guy who wears a hot dog hat. His name is Joe, and if you're really lucky you may have met his two boys too.
Being a business owner in downtown Kenosha has given me the great opportunity to meet most of the other downtown business owners. This awesome man brought his boys in for some family photos. It was so great to capture these adorable boys, and talk about the amazing future we see for downtown Kenosha.

If you haven't checked out Trolley Dogs, what are you waiting for? Go here for some more information.

Circle of Hope, Cancer patient fundraiser.

We are raising funds to donate to the Circle of Hope in Kenosha. This is an amazing support group for local women who are fighting breast cancer. Not only do they help with emotional support, but they also help raise money to help pay for treatment.

This is very close to my heart. My Aunt Mary is a breast cancer survivor. She has a group similar in her town. I asked her where she would like the funds to go, and this was her suggestion. I love that this group helps people right now. It makes a difference today, going directly to those who need it.

So, how am I helping them? I'm donating my services, my photography. Come in on October 26th from 1-4pm. Make a donation, and I'll take your picture. Within the following week you will get an e-mail with your image! It's that simple. You get a great image, while helping someone else. I am donating 100% of what I collect. I won't even keep a penny for my time.

The studio is located at  625 57th St Suite 200 (on the second floor). I would love to have so many people come out that we knock the socks off this wonderful organization.

Sweet little C. Kenosha Newborn Photographer

This little doll was so cooperative. She let me move her and pose her, and get through so much in a short time. I love when I get little ones in like her. So quick to settle. I went a bit over-board on photographing her, and picking her blog post has been even harder. Here are my favorites, as narrowed down as I could get them.

Her momma's beautiful maternity session can be seen here.

Your newborn session experience.

When you book your newborn session with me, you are booking the best photo experience you can for your new little one.

Before you even come in, I'm there for you. I guide you with what to wear, and how to prep for the best session possible. It's hard enough to get out the door with a little one. So I have you covered if you might forget something at home. Plus I even provide your breakfast. You can either stay close and be active in your session, or lean back and relax. I have 2 very comfortable couches, and plenty of experience with little ones. I have 2 children of my own, and have worked several newborns. I am also a certified and experienced early childhood teacher.

After your session, I am usually as excited as you are to see your images. I try to get one image posted within 24 hours, a blog post within 1 week, and your gallery finished within 2 weeks. You have 2 options for viewing your images. You can have them set-up online, or you can come down for an in person viewing. When you come down, I will also add in a complimentary slideshow containing the images you purchase.

When your order comes in, I will contact you to drop it off, or ship it out. All of your images are packaged with a little gift from me.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions, or to book your session.

The D Family. Kenosha Family photographer

This family was so much fun! Me & the kids just had a blast, especially those two boys (who reminded me of my boys). It was suppose to be a mini session, but I think I ended up with twice as many keepers as I was planning on.

Jamie. Kenosha Maternity Photographer

Jamie came in with her adorable older daughter. I love when big siblings get to come along for all these special moments. Adding to a family is such a huge deal for the older kids. I love when parents are able to keep them included as much as possible.
We had a blast dressing up, and playing with different looks. With such a beautiful mom, it was pretty easy.

Sweet little A. Kenosha newborn photographer.

This adorable little girl came in to me last weekend. She's on the older side of newborn, so we were able to get some BEAUTIFUL eye contact. I loved how easy going she was, and sweet and snuggly. So thankful mom brought her all the way up to me. (I think they even win for farthest traveled client.)

Marie, Kenosha Maternity Photographer.

We've had this session set for a bit now, and I could not wait for it. Beautiful mom, beautiful location, and dad came along too! (I would say he was beautiful, but I don't think that would fit. He was willing to step out of his comfort zone for me. Which was greatly appreciated.)

Veronica, Kenosha Maternity Photographer.

Veronica came in a couple weeks ago, and we did a quick little model session. She decided to come back for a full session, and I could not be happier that she did. We took a walk through a local park, and just enjoyed how AMAZING the light, nature and a pregnant belly can be. She also brought her 4 legged kids, which was a nice treat.

This photo below, we trudged through the murky water for. Worth it.

Little Mr D. Kenosha Newborn Photographer.

I've known this little man's momma for about as long as I've known my husband. It's pretty special to me when my friends choose me to capture the most important moments. Here is a little dude that I'm looking forward to watching grow up.

Mr & Mrs Johnson. Kenosha Wedding Photographer.

It's not very often that one of your childhood friends, one of your best friends, gets married. I was extremely lucky to be there for my friend recently. I was even more honored to be her wedding photographer. These images are extremely special to me. So it did take a bit longer to pick just a few favorites. Here are the ones I love, of such a special friend.

Little Mr S. Kenosha newborn photographer.

Anne came to me first when she was pregnant. I knew I wanted her to bring in her lil man. So, I was very excited to find a message that he was born, and ready for his session. These are a few photos I love. He was awesome, and loved snuggling up to mom. As you can clearly see.

You can see Anne's session here.

I like to believe in this image he is thinking "What are you doing?".
